Doubtful that you would get your stuff back from this bud. Toying with the guard you should of known the risk, and this evidence really shows next to nothing.

I'd rather wait for Silas to reply as I don't want to get in trouble for giving stuff back.
The only reason I'm holding onto the stuff is so if I do have to give it back to you I remember what you had.
It's all in a single chest with your axe, pick, shovel, diamond axe, and your armor.

Ok, but I think I remember something like this where someone safed for like 3 seconds(with video proof), then came right out and the guard still killed him, and it was not 'abuse'.
