you probably got killed by someone using the silas scythe wither ability since it works anywhere

How does the Silas Scythe with ability work? Do you just hit the player enough hoping that it'll give off wither? Probability effect?

erm im pretty sure it takes 2 different items kinda works like the jarder every time you do it it withers them
