With the passive mobs being enabled, are we able to put spawners ourself on the plots?

Currently yes, but mob spawning in those plots may be removed later so I wouldn't recommend it. Really depends how things go with mob spawning being enabled.

Currently yes, but mob spawning in those plots may be removed later so I wouldn't recommend it. Really depends how things go with mob spawning being enabled.
