Splitting mcp into two prisons wouldn't be a bad idea if the server population supported it. MCP is too small to last a fracture.

Im with zs I've been looking for this kind of prison and it's not existent would give people more entertainment on the server since they can go out and train their pokemon

I agree with everything but the pvp toggle removal, how would Silas reimburse these players?

As stated in statement 2, Silas could reimburse the players with other stuffs such as plot extensions, grinders, disguises, crates, etc...
