Texture Pack 404

What is the bug: An announcement comes every once in a while telling you that you can manually download the texturepack and provides a link.  That link leads to a 404.
Where is this bug located: Announcements
How can we recreate it: Wait for the announcement to appear, click the link.

Same thing with the LiveMap from the home page of CDGS. But if you go to the LiveMap from the forums page, it works.
