Disguise bug with changing worlds.

What is the bug:
When you have a disguise enabled and switch between free world, and prison world you can see the disguise.
Where is this bug located:
everywhere
How can we recreate it:
1. /disguise
2. switch worlds from free to prison or prison to free

well if its a feature its really buggy

I also may have worded this a bit wrong. I said "you can see the disguise" as in the player can see their own disguise.

Also armor bugs out when this happens, and moving things around your inventory is almost impossible.
