I jailed you for not handing over your sword. If you go and run into the bank and chest it (which I watched you run into the bank as I called) that's not my fault.

If you ran into the bank to store your sword polar has every right as a guard to jail you. (If im not mistaken you can still jail if they went to the bank then gave you the sword)
