As King said, racism is "prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race". He was not prejudice, discriminative, nor antagonistic towards any race. GG

This shouldn't be a ban, it should be a slight slap on the wrists. Because he was not directly discriminating another individual. He simply said what someone else said about his friend. Sure it was in public chat, and should of been in /msg or said in skype, but he wasn't directly calling anyone that name.

Wasn't being directed at anyone. And if racism isn't allowed within the server, then it shouldn't be allowed in the TeamSpeak.
