What is the bug: When using excalibur the on hit effect doesnt seem to work at all
Where is this bug located: When pvping using the sword
How can we recreate it: Use excalibur to fight someone and see if they ever get blinded

Yeah Joe hit me like 30ish times nothing happened, even waited 30 seconds still nothing.
